Learn about Snowplow's IP Addresses

This article describes a feature or service available to Snowplow BDP customers.

To provision and manage your pipeline, Snowplow requires access to it. If you are configuring restrictions for your pipeline or data warehouse you must allow the following Snowplow and NAT IP addresses. 

 

Snowplow IP Addresses

The must-have IPs you need to allow are the Operations IP ranges. Our operations primarily run on EU, then fall back to the US or the AU if there are any issues. Allowing our VPN IPs makes it easier for us to troubleshoot problems on your pipeline.

Nat IP Addresses

There are two NAT IPs used to connect your pipeline to your data warehouse and other destinations. Please follow the relevant set of instructions below depending on your pipeline type.

BDP Enterprise

For BDP Enterprise customers, please contact us via support@snowplow.io to receive your two NAT IPs.

BDP Cloud

For BDP Cloud customers your Nat IP addresses are as follows. Please add either US or EU depending on your location.

US Customer: 3.128.161.10 and 3.128.243.116
EU Customer: 3.75.26.130and 3.69.142.37

 

rETL Census IP Addresses

If you're using Snowplow's rETL add-on, you'll need to add the following Census IP addresses as well.
